Job summary

Brick is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead how we appear in the press, culture, and through our spokespeople. You’ll own day-to-day communications strategy and execution—from the always-on press engine to the comms plan behind every product launch—and play a central role in growing Brick into the defining name in digital wellness.

This full-time hybrid role is based in New York City or Chicago, with a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• You've run comms strategy end-to-end.
• You've coached founders or executives for press and public moments.
• You've spotted the cultural moment or narrative that makes a brand the category-defining name.
• You know how to direct and get the best out of an external PR team, not just receive updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day communications strategy for Brick, from always-on press and thought leadership to reactive comms.
• Support Brick's spokespeople program, including helping build and protect our founders' public presence.
• Lead day-to-day communications execution for new product launches and brand expansion—new markets, channels, and partnerships.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Brand so every launch has a press moment worthy of it.
