The ideal candidate will bring 7-10+ years in PR/communications, with a Bachelor’s (Masters preferred), and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Masters degree in Communications preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or agency account management.
• Homebuilding/real estate or related industry experience is a plus.
• Travel is 20-30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual PR strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Build regional and national media relationships and secure earned coverage.
• Lead executive communications for leaders with speeches and op-eds.
• Coordinate community announcements and regional storytelling across markets.
• Manage external PR agencies and measure ROI.
• Lead crisis communications and reputation management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field

Masters degree in Communications preferred
