Aquent partners with a pioneering client redefining its industry to become the premier platform for ambitious individuals. This senior PR and Communications role shapes the public narrative and strategy across markets, empowering a fast-moving brand and a growing team from day one.

You will own end-to-end media relations, craft compelling messaging, manage calendars, and coordinate with product, marketing, and leadership to elevate share of voice and drive impactful coverage.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of combined experience across PR agency, in-house PR, and/or journalism with relevant mix
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Demonstrated record securing tier-one media coverage you personally pitched
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a published/placed portfolio
• Experience managing PR agency/vendor relationships or running accounts in a top agency
• AI fluency with use of AI tools for research, drafting, list-building and coverage analysis
• Strong personal media relationships in relationships, lifestyle, business, consumer tech, or culture beats
• Project management discipline with track record of shipping on time and maintaining systems
• Familiarity with PR and project management tools and style guides
• Comfort as a player-coach, hiring and developing at least one direct report
• Experience mentoring junior talent

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor at least one direct report and set priorities
• Own end-to-end PR and Communications strategy including Share of Voice
• Build a rolling 90-day PR calendar aligned with launches and trends
• Define quarterly themes and narratives for tier-one media
• Write and edit press releases, media alerts, pitches and op-eds
• Pitch journalists and influencers and expand media network
• Respond to inbound media requests with speed and accuracy
• Proactively insert the brand into the news cycle with timely pitches
• Build a podcast, interview and speaking pipeline for executives
• Submit the company and executives for industry awards
• Serve as spokesperson when needed for interviews
• Develop a diverse press speaker book and manage prep and follow-up
• Oversee external US/UK agencies and ensure cross-Atlantic consistency
• Monitor news and competitor PR activity and share trend memos
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns with cross-functional teams
• Manage PR operations including budgets, metrics, lists and assets
