Fetch is seeking a Senior Manager of PR & Communications to tell compelling stories at the intersection of consumers, technology and advertising. You will shape narratives that connect product innovation and consumer behavior to cultural conversations, landing headlines that move the industry.

This full-time role can be based in a US office or fully remote within the United States, with a compensation package including base, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Proven track record of landing meaningful earned media.
• Strong instinct for intersection of technology, business, and culture.
• Excellent relationships and credibility with consumer journalists.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling stories.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to find and develop stories.
• Exceptional writing skills for headlines, pitches, and narratives.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop external narratives that support Fetch’s communications strategy across consumer engagement, technology, AI, and commerce.
• Identify big ideas and angles to elevate Fetch beyond traditional rewards conversations.
• Execute high-impact media and thought leadership opportunities to raise brand and leadership visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with influential journalists, editors and producers across multiple sectors.
• Capitalize quickly on breaking news, cultural moments, and industry conversations.
• Plan, execute, and measure priority earned-media initiatives with clear objectives and insights for improvement.
