Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of PR experience in agency or in‑house.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Established media relationships across categories and platforms.
• Experience working with influencers, talent, and affiliate networks.
• Social media proficiency and integrated PR/digital awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute communications strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead day‑to‑day management of key accounts, overseeing all ongoing PR activity, client communication, PR budget, and team execution
• Develop press materials, including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and briefs, and thought leadership content
• Proactively pursue timely press opportunities, securing top‑tier coverage across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and social media
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, including media strategy, partnerships, and creative activations; ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Identify, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations and influencer relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members and interns, providing guidance on execution and professional growth
