Responsibilities

• Oversee proactive and reactive media relations for professional services clients.
• Develop clear strategic communications, including plans, emails and memos.
• Lead day-to-day execution of account strategy and manage client calls.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in onboarding and reviews.
• Provide strategic recommendations and address client needs with proactive ideas.
• Lead multiple projects with accountability and ensure timely delivery.
