Job summary

Gregory is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive media relations and client communication across multiple accounts. The role emphasizes managing media outreach from ideation to securing opportunities, and coordinating with senior staff for client briefs and messaging.

The candidate will write various materials, brief clients on interview topics, support onboarding of new clients, and maintain proactive client communication through email, calls, video conferencings, or in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English or a similar major.
• 4–7 years PR experience.
• Strong media relations and client service skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for story opportunities and place stories in the media.
• Conduct media outreach targeting high-value outlets and guide junior staff.
• Write press releases, blogs, media queries, bylines and social posts; ensure alignment with messaging.
