Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience with Defense PPBE.
• DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Defense budget issues for Critical Technology Portfolios and conduct research on PPBE topics.
• Review and track program plans with Government leads and coordinate with finance personnel to track execution.
• Support outreach by coordinating with partners in the RDT&E community including government labs, industry, academia, FFRDCs, UARCs, and international partners.
• Prepare and edit briefings, reports, white papers, and other business and technical products for senior leadership decision-making.
