Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Cleveland, MS is seeking an Operator V - PPB Packing to perform essential duties on plastic pour bottle packing lines. You will set up equipment, inspect quality, and document production data in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training a plus.
• Mechanical and safety knowledge expected; forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, specifications and SOPs.
• Ability to document data legibly and accurately.
• Able to perform packing line operations and equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing operations, including stack-off, visual inspection, and batch documentation.
• Set up machine parameters per procedures and maintain steady bottle flow on packing lines.
• Conduct line clearance, quality checks, material movement, and mechanical adjustments.
• Operate label machine as required and ensure product acceptability with specs.
• Enter production data into applicable systems and report abnormalities.
• Participate in training and Lean activities and support continuous improvement.
