Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as powersports technician or equivalent.
• Own basic tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain organized, clean and safe work area.
• Diagnose and repair two- and four-stroke engines.
• Diagnose electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair two- and four-stroke engines.
• Remove and replace engine components on marine vehicles as needed.
• Replace defective frame and body parts with hand tools or presses.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Prepare repair estimates for internal and external customers.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional recommended services.
• Explain results to Service Manager or customer.
