Qualifications

• Previous powersports/small engine experience or technical training required.
• Valid Driver License & clean driving record.
• Drug free, good attendance, and great work ethic.
• Candidate has tool investment.
• Willingness to complete training and certification programs.
• Existing OEM certification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years Powersports mechanical experience (ATV, UTV, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical knowledge and tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Perform repairs and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Provide repair estimates and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with the Service Team for customer satisfaction.
• Complete technician certification training.
