Job summary

Mountain Motorsports LLC in Kodak, TN is seeking an experienced technician. This is not an entry level position; 1 to 3 years experience in motorcycles, ATVs, or PWC is expected.

Provide your own basic tools and be prepared to diagnose and repair two- and four-stroke engines. The role requires physical stamina, ability to work with minimal supervision, and the capacity to perform maintenance, think quickly, and communicate diagnostic results to the Service Manager and customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a motorcycle/powersports technician.
• Basic understanding of computers used in maintenance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documents.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair two and four stroke engines.
• Remove and replace engine components on marine vehicles.
• Remove and replace defective frame and body parts with hand tools.
• Explain diagnostic results to Service Manager and customer.
• Perform preventative maintenance and test rides as required.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
