Job summary

Join Deloitte's AI & Engineering team in Atlanta as a Senior Power BI Developer. You will develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models within an Agile delivery environment, translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

You will connect to SQL Server, Azure Synapse, SharePoint and other sources, support Power BI Service administration, and contribute to CI/CD for BI solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering BI/analytics in an Agile environment.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• SQL experience, including data extraction and transformation with enterprise data sources.
• Working knowledge of Power BI Service administration, workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, Azure data services, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is a plus.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that enable data-driven decision-making.

Translate business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions within an Agile delivery environment.

Build data models using star schemas, relationships, DAX, and Power Query (M).

Connect to, transform, and optimize data from SQL Server, Azure Synapse, SharePoint, and other enterprise sources.

Support Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and deployment processes.

Contribute to CI/CD for BI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience delivering BI and analytics solutions in an Agile environment.

Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.

SQL experience, including data extraction and transformation, with experience working with enterprise data sources.

Working knowledge of Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and BI deployment practices.

Familiarity with Power Platform tools, Azure data services, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is a plus.
