Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Construction or related degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Profound technical expertise in design, construction, and manufacturing of core distribution and power transformers.
• Hands-on experience witnessing FAT for high‑voltage transformers; factory audits; developing robust specifications.
• Established reputation as a go-to technical expert within the discipline, recognized internally and externally.
• Strong network to develop new business opportunities.
• Deep expertise with state-of-the-art industry technologies and software relevant to the discipline.
• Excellent ability to influence and clearly communicate complex concepts to all audiences.
• Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with independent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with other critical substation assets (GIS, circuit breakers, instrument transformers) and FAT experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the go-to strategic advisor for clients, guiding them through complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Lead our transformer consulting practice, overseeing application, manufacturing oversight and performance from spec to FAT.
• Define and drive the technical vision; evaluate emerging technologies and guide teams on applying them to client challenges.
• Identify and pursue key business opportunities; cultivate client relationships to secure landmark projects.
• Mentor and develop internal talent; spearhead training and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Represent Burns & McDonnell on industry stages; publish papers and participate in technical societies.
