Qualifications

• Six to nine years of technical sales experience involving electrical equipment.
• Strong understanding of power transformers, substation equipment, and electric utility infrastructure.
• Experience translating customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Ability to develop technical and commercial proposals and respond to RFQs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC firms, manufacturers, and suppliers across the United States.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
• Support pricing development and commercial negotiations.
• Develop technical solutions aligning customer specs with transformer offerings.
• Coordinate with factories and international teams to meet market needs.
• Provide technical guidance to other sales engineers.
• Maintain bid documentation and sales materials.
• Develop customer presentations and sales tools.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for product improvements.
• Position products as preferred solutions in utility and substation projects.
