Minimum: Masters/PhD in Electrical or Electronics engineering with 15+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of product definers and applications engineers for DC-DC power products for industrial and enterprise server market.
Interface with customers to understand usage of DC-DC converters and lead definition/roadmap for next-gen products.
Provide technical leadership across design, validation, marketing, and field organizations to deliver differentiated power solutions.
Partner with customers, sales, and marketing to identify trends and translate requirements into roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineers to define architecture and specifications.
Develop calculators, simulation models, datasheet for new products.
Perform system-level analysis for power integrity, thermal performance, and fault response.
Create reference designs and application notes demonstrating products in real use cases.
Support customers and internal teams with design reviews and debugging.
