Formación

• Must lead projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in substation and power plant design.
• Ability to perform site visits and client scoping.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SMEs in substation design, power system studies, protection & coordination, diesel plant design.
• Serve as technical lead project manager for a team of 40+ engineers.
• Analyze low/medium voltage power systems; design substations and plants.
• Develop controls for integrating diverse power generation technologies.
• Prepare technical reports using Microsoft Word.
• Develop project proposals, scopes, and schedules.
• Manage projects independently; coordinate data requests and client comments.
• Provide technical oversight to other engineers as needed.
