Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time paid work experience in a related engineering field for Engineer III.
• Minimum of 7 years of full-time paid work experience for Engineer IV.
• Must possess Professional Engineer certification from the State of Utah.

Responsibilities

• Conducts development related power designs as major job function.
• Prepares power designs based on meetings with developers and contractors.
• Drafts plans for Energy Services projects using topographical profiles.
• Calculates field quantities and determines specifications.
• Prepares engineering drawings and operates related equipment.
• Consults with landowners and officials to obtain easements.
• Models impacts of future development on existing power systems.
• Investigates engineering-related problems and proposes solutions.
• Assists Chief Energy Services Engineer on inquiries.
