Job summary

RTX is seeking electrical engineers for the Airborne Antenna Department in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and control systems with hands-on lab work and production support. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and an onsite work arrangement. Candidates should have a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with LTSPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in power system design, conversion, distribution, sub-systems and/or control systems.
• Experience with LTSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad support for critical production processes and test equipment issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions on hardware and test stations.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop designs based on system performance and specs.
• Lead design and documentation efforts for power system, conversion, distribution, or control products.
• Present technical reviews to leadership and customers and manage related risk.
