Job summary

HED is seeking an Electrical Engineer focused on power distribution and system analysis for medium and low voltage and DC systems. You will perform voltage drop, short circuit, selective coordination and arc-flash analyses using SKM, with broader responsibilities in project design, QAQC, and client-facing technical leadership.

The role requires a PE licensure and 5+ years in the AEC industry, preferably with data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required.
• P.E. licensure required.
• 5+ years in the AEC industry with data center electrical solutions experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with electrical design coordination and QAQC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage analytical portions of electrical scopes and QAQC efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and electrical designers.
• Perform power system analyses (voltage drop, short circuit, coordination, arc flash).
• Prepare final analysis reports and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with owners and project teams across disciplines.
