AspenTech is seeking an application engineer to design, build, configure, test and deliver Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) for electric utilities worldwide. You will work on the Outage Management System (OMS) across IT/OT domains, shaping the future grid while reporting to the OMS Manager.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in applications engineering, software engineering, or computer engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of application engineering work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Work from the Medina office in a hybrid schedule (4/1).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB preferred; OMS/ADMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute system build plans accounting for software architecture, information security, and hardware deployment.
• Work closely with customers to understand their operational needs, provide system training and configuration to meet their needs.
• Perform system and acceptance testing with customers.
• Develop scripts and other middleware solutions to integrate into third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and collaborate with technical experts in various domains.
• Lead workshops with customers.
• Travel to customer sites and work directly with customers to successfully deliver, test, and integrate systems.
