You will conduct studies on grid stability, load forecasting, power flow and fault analysis, develop models with industry tools, and present findings to engineers and management.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus.
• 8+ years of experience in power system analysis and planning.
• Proficiency in PSS/E, PowerFactory or EMTP-RV.
• Strong understanding of grid codes and dynamics.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive power system studies, including load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination analyses.
• Develop and validate power system models using industry-standard software packages.
• Analyze grid performance data, identify potential issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
