Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design teams on power generation projects, including renewable and traditional facilities. You will guide the project lifecycle from basis of design through commissioning, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and aligning with client goals.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk, build strong client relationships, and lead matrixed teams across geographies while upholding AECOM's quality standards and practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 6 years of PM experience or equivalent.
• PM experience directly related to power generation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects as project manager or program manager.
• Oversee internal finances, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.
• Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings to align stakeholders.
• Support projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, bid, construction, start-up, commissioning.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and clients to exceed expectations.
• Deliver projects in accordance with the AECOM QMS.
