Edges Electrical Group in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer projects from submittal to completion. You’ll liaise between reps, customers, and outside sales, ensure timely submittals, quotes, and order releases, and drive best practices in order management across the company.

The role requires six years in electrical product lines or project management, with experience in Power Projects. On-site collaboration, mentoring, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six years’ experience in electrical product line or project management.
• Two years’ experience in Power Projects.
• Expert knowledge of electrical product line and project management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, and Solar/Job Management.
• Preference for MySchneider and SE Advantage experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide submittals and updated submittals to customers.
• Provide updated quotes to customers.
• Process and release orders as approved by customers.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings off-site with customers.
• Develop best practices for order management across the company.
• Mentor others in processes and customer expectations.
• Track shipments and update customers and Job Management.
• Work with vendors for delivery status and expedites as needed.
• Research customer problems related to form and function of material.
• Ensure orders are billed and shipped 100% and closed out.
