Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Power Projects to lead one or more major power generation programs from planning through execution. You will translate project objectives into actionable field strategies, influence site performance, and drive safe, efficient delivery aligned with customer expectations.

You will oversee construction planning, field operations, workforce performance, safety, quality, productivity, and project delivery while collaborating with project directors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex, high-impact projects in power/energy sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary organizations and large contractor teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution across one or more major power generation projects, aligning with objectives and customer expectations.
• Develop and oversee integrated construction plans translating business objectives into site delivery strategies.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and cost control across activities.
• Provide leadership to Construction Managers, Area Managers, Superintendents, and contractor teams.
• Build a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, commissioning, and startup teams for integrated delivery.
• Support contract execution strategies through proactive risk management and change control.
