Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Power Platform and SharePoint Online developer to partner with federal health clients, maintaining mission-critical systems and evolving capabilities. The role focuses on sustaining existing Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions, with future opportunities to design and build new capabilities aligning with NIH/HHS missions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online with breadth across all three.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site configurations.
• Experience integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with SharePoint Online, including SharePoint lists, libraries, connectors, and other Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows.
• Experience building Power Apps canvas applications and Power Fx logic.
• Understanding of Power Platform solution and application lifecycle management concepts.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD deployment patterns for Power Platform solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to read, diagnose, and safely modify unfamiliar or partially documented flows, apps, and sites; this role includes significant ongoing operations and maintenance work, not just new development.
• Comfort troubleshooting cross-platform issues (e.g., a SharePoint list issue surfacing as a canvas app bug or a flow failure traced to a connector or permissions issue).
• Able to work independently for extended stretches, given a small team structure with limited day-to-day collaboration.
• Professional communication skills suitable for client-facing scenarios.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance public trust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions for federal health clients.
• Integrate Power Platform components with Microsoft 365 data sources and SharePoint lists/libraries.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps canvas apps; design external-facing Power Pages when needed.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment and support ongoing operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to shape future capabilities and mission-critical features.
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues and diagnose root causes across connectors, permissions, and site configurations.

Your Impact:

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Online developer to partner with federal health clients maintaining and evolving mission-critical business systems. Most of this role centers on sustaining and maintaining existing Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions, with future opportunities to design and build new capabilities that further the mission of a large NIH institute. Your Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online with genuine breadth across all three rather than depth in only one
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site configurations
• Experience integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with SharePoint Online, including SharePoint lists, libraries, connectors, and other Microsoft 365 data sources
• Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows
• Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing portals
• Experience building Power Apps canvas applications and Power Fx logic
• Understanding of Power Platform solution and application lifecycle management concepts
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD deployment patterns for Power Platform solutions

Set Yourself Apart:

• Experience with Azure AD group management via Power Platform connectors for role-based access control
• PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform administration (e.g., bulk site/list operations, tenant-level automation)
• Experience delivering end-user training and driving user adoption for Power Platform or SharePoint solutions
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using React
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility design philosophy and best practices for canvas apps and SharePoint sites
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power BI
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) frameworks, governance models, or citizen developer enablement
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or AI Builder
• Experience with SharePoint on premises to Online migration tooling (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix) or legacy SharePoint Designer/InfoPath environments
• Prior experience in a federal/government contracting environment, especially NIH or HHS

Pay Range: $110,000-$160,000

This range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
