Job summary

Synergy in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer/SharePoint Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.

You will mentor teammates, work across multiple projects, document requirements, and deliver modern SharePoint experiences with strong communication and leadership. This role offers growth, a robust benefits package, and a path to certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Power Platform Developer, and SharePoint Architect or Developer preferred.
• Experience in designing and integrating Power Pages with SharePoint Online or PowerApps.
• Proficient with presentation and web communication tools.
• Experience in designing and integrating Power Platform applications in SharePoint.
• Experience coordinating cross-team initiatives.
• Design experience with SharePoint Online Modern look and feel.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service oriented.
• Passion and drive for learning new SharePoint technologies and practices.
• Ability to maintain a big-picture vision while defining very detailed requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable, dependable, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Work through all phases of SDLC: gathering requirements, specs, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and production support.
• Serve as a primary liaison between product owner and project team to document business needs.
• Mentor SharePoint team members and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Develop and migrate SharePoint features and data with ShareGate.
• Create dashboards and reports using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build Power Apps Canvas Apps forms.
• Provide end-user training materials.
