Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement phases of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions.
• Build custom business applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx, and Copilot integrations.
• Develop and manage Copilot extensions and prompts to improve productivity and user experience.
• Test all developed components independently, documenting tests and results.
• Create test plans for deliverables and hand off to testers with knowledge transfer.
• Document architecture, dependencies, deployment instructions, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews for Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure Services, and custom connectors.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Note: this role may require nights and weekend migration work with comp time or flexible scheduling.
