Job summary

Booth and Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead a small two-person team and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions. You will hands-on build Canvas and model-driven apps, Power Pages, and complex Power Automate flows while guiding architecture and best practices.

You will partner with business users to translate requirements into technical designs, maintain data models, and drive reusable component libraries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development with leadership experience.
• Builds in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate with Dataverse.
• Designs data models and scalable app structures in collaboration with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on builder while guiding a small team of two developers.
• Lead data model and app architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and prototypes.
• Develop Dataflows and Power Automate integrations to streamline processes.
• Create reusable components and templates for rapid development.
• Manage deployments with Power Platform Pipelines and version control.
• Contribute to safety standards and best practices across the team.
