Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and data modeling.
• Experience with DLP policies and Power Platform deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members.
• Lead design of data models and app structures.
• Turn functional needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Dataflows and Power Automate integrations.
• Create a library of reusable components for development.
• Support deployments and manage version control.
• Contribute to a safety culture by following safety standards.
