Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. is seeking a Principal Power Platform Engineer to design and implement intelligent, secure solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Copilot Studio and enterprise governance.

You will integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 to deliver AI-powered applications and automated workflows. You will ensure tenant readiness, governance, security and compliance, while collaborating with

Qualifications

Experience with Copilot Studio agent design and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of ALM, DevOps and modern engineering practices.
Knowledge of security and compliance controls including Entra ID, OAuth2, Data Loss Prevention and Purview fundamentals.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents to support business workflows and automation use cases.
Develop and manage conversational topics, triggers, actions, and orchestration.
Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems using Power Platform components.
Enforce governance controls including environment strategy and DLP policies.
Manage the full agent lifecycle including testing, deployment, and retirement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align capabilities with enterprise strategy.
