Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions within the Automation & Development team. The role focuses on Power Platform across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure, partnering with business stakeholders to transform processes with automation, AI, and low-code solutions.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of application development and Power Platform experience.
Proven expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint and Power BI.
Experience designing, delivering and governing enterprise automation solutions.
Strong governance, security, ALM and environment strategies.
Experience integrating APIs and custom connectors; familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops and business process discovery sessions.
Design and develop enterprise solutions using the Power Platform.
Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps leveraging Dataverse.
Develop Power Automate workflows and publish Power BI dashboards for decision-making.
Integrate solutions with SharePoint and other systems; develop custom connectors.
Own ALM processes and deployment pipelines; collaborate with architecture and security teams.
