Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC seeks a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to blend business analysis with Microsoft technology to improve processes and enable automation using AI-first tools on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

You will independently lead requirements and design activities, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, configure D365/Power Platform, and manage functional workstreams while liaising with client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years in business analysis, software implementation, or related technology consulting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Availability to work Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions.
Translate objectives into user stories, requirements, and solution designs.
Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionality to implement forms, entities, and workflows.
Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI.
Develop and execute functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
Manage functional workstreams with deliverables and timelines.
Use approved AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing.
Support client adoption through demonstrations and training.
