Job summary

Crowe is looking for a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to help clients improve business processes through AI-first automation on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will lead requirements and design sessions, translating business needs into actionable solution designs.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage functional workstreams, and mentor junior staff, delivering solutions aligned with client objectives and Crowe standards. PT time zone preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in business analysis, software implementation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Availability to work Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business objectives into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Configuring Microsoft D365 and Power Platform functionality to implement forms, entities, view, relationships, business rules, and workflows.
• Serve as the functional liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and AI.
• Develop and execute functional testing and support UAT.
• Manage assigned functional workstreams, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications.
• Use approved AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Support client adoption through demonstrations, training, knowledge transfer.
