Job summary

TrueTandem seeks a Power Platform Developer to join our solutions delivery team. You will build and maintain Power Apps, Automate workflows, and Dataverse models, enabling secure, scalable government-grade solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of software development and 3+ years in Power Platform, with hands-on .NET/C# experience and integration work using APIs and Azure services. Expect Agile delivery and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US citizen with Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• 2+ years of hands on .NET/C# experience.
• Hands-On Experience with Power Pages, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse solutions.
• Experience supporting system integrations using APIs and Azure services, including Dataverse, Azure Functions, Power Automate, Logic Apps, REST APIs, Custom Connectors, SQL Server and SharePoint Online.
• Experience developing solutions that process large files and datasets.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to solution design, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
• Build and enhance Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and public-facing Power Pages solutions.
• Support data pipeline development connecting portals, external users, and CDC internal systems.
• Participate in backlog refinement and technical solutioning activities.
• Modernize legacy applications and business processes.
• Review code and configurations for quality and maintainability.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules.
• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and approvals.
• Migrate legacy processes to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Support testing and deployments, and produce technical docs.
