This hybrid role requires Top Secret clearance, strong C#/JavaScript skills, and the ability to lead architecture discussions, implement governance, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years' experience with 5–8 years in Power Platform.
• Strong Dataverse data modeling and enterprise Power Platform architecture.
• Experience building PCF controls, custom connectors, C# plugins, and APIs.
• Hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS with React/Angular/Vue.
• Governance, security, ALM, and DevOps for Power Platform.
• Power Platform certifications, Dynamics 365, and Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
• Develop connectors, PCF controls, C# plugins, and API integrations across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Establish governance, security, ALM, environment strategies, and DevOps pipelines.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and roadmap collaboration.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best practices.
