Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Washington, D.C. This on-site role supports SharePoint, Azure, Power BI Report Server, SQL Clusters, ADFS, and Windows Server across the DOJ.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have 5+ years in administering SharePoint environments, with experience in patching, security hardening, and hybrid cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years administering SharePoint environments (on-premises, Azure, SPO).
• 3+ years patching, security hardening, and compliance remediation in enterprise infra.
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, ADFS, and Azure administration.
• Experience with Power BI Report Server deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with SQL Server, failover clusters, and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Azure services and hybrid cloud identities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint environments (on-prem, Azure, SPO).
• Maintain Power BI Report Server, SQL clusters, ADFS, and Windows Server environments.
• Support Azure services, hybrid cloud infrastructure, identity solutions, and storage.
• Respond to operational issues, ensure system availability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure documentation with cross-team collaboration.
