Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret Power Platform Developer to join a large DOD program. This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility out of SE Washington DC, with a compensation range of $120,000–$170,000 based on experience and 1–2 days remote per week.

Key duties include designing and implementing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI solutions; leading architectural sessions; and developing robust data models and business rules to support critical government

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience building Power Apps solutions.
• Experience with Dataverse data modeling and relational data structures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• Lead architectural design sessions translating requirements into scalable Power Platform designs.
• Implement robust data models, relationships, and business rules in Dataverse and connected sources.
• Build and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to support business processes.

Essential Duties of the Power Platform Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured Power Platform solutions
• Implement robust data models, relationships, and business rule using Dataverse and other connected data sources
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or ModelDriven) to support business processes and user workflows.

Qualifications of the Power Platform Developer:

• 8+ years of professional IT experience
• Hands‑on experience building solutions with Power Apps.
• Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and relational data structures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance.

Compensation for the Power Platform Developer:

• $120,000 - $170,000 (based on experience)
• 1-2 days remote per week
