Job summary

DANE LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Power App Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions for enterprise applications. You will integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse with Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, while upholding security and governance standards.

The role is full-time and hybrid—2 days on-site, with opportunities to work remotely part of the week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform applications with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in creating automated workflows and business process solutions using Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and administration.
• Experience implementing role-based security, data access controls, and ALM.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining Power Platform applications in production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance controls in accordance with Power Platform standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and DevSecOps and lifecycle management practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Monitor application health and provide ongoing maintenance and support for production environments.
• Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and propose enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure development practices align with enterprise standards.
• Provide end-user support, training and knowledge transfer as needed.
