Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Solutions Lead to design, build, and evolve a connected ecosystem of business applications, automation, data, and AI solutions for our operational teams.

This role goes beyond development to translate real-world work into scalable end-to-end solutions, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, and enterprise data. You will drive adoption and standards across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing enterprise business applications and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and MS 365.
• Proven end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a scalable Power Platform ecosystem across client engagements.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, analysts, and tech teams to translate challenges into digital solutions.
• Lead requirements sessions and drive process improvement over existing workflows.
• Develop scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs.
• Lead Copilot AI agent design, deployment, and governance within the Power Platform.
• Drive UAT, pilots, go-live support, and continuous improvement.
• Establish standards, environment strategy, security, and lifecycle management.
