Job summary

Connsci is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Solution & Security Lead to guide the architecture and hands-on delivery of a CRM modernization from Dynamics CRM to the Power Platform for a government customer.

The role owns the Dataverse model, Power Apps/Flows, environment structure, and security controls for sensitive audit, investigation, and reporting processes. You will lead workshops, drive design decisions, and ensure a stable production environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience modernizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related workflows.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft identity and security controls (Entra ID, MFA, CA, PIM).

Responsibilities

• Own the target solution architecture for the Power Platform modernization project.
• Lead workflow modernization and configure forms, views, rules, and security roles.
• Design and implement a robust security model with least-privilege access and data masking.
• Develop security validation plans, logging, and incident-response guidance.
• Lead tests, UAT, and production rollout with training and stabilization.
• Produce architecture documents, runbooks, and deployment packages.
• Collaborate with Data Migration, Integration Leads, and Program Management.
