Job summary

Connsci is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Solution & Security Lead to drive a CRM modernization from Dynamics to the Power Platform for a government customer. You will own architecture, enable hands-on delivery, and establish secure, auditable processes for sensitive investigations, whistle-blowers, and executive requests.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience modernizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM including workflows
• 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft identity/security controls (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM)
• 3+ years of experience designing secure role- and record-level controls in regulated environments
• Knowledge of governance, auditing, and security in cloud platforms
• Experience delivering government or high-sensitivity workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the target solution architecture and Dataverse model for Dynamics to Power Platform migration
• Lead workflow modernization and configure forms, views, and business rules
• Design and implement the security model with least-privilege access and auditing
• Protect sensitive records and manage restricted visibility and logging
• Validate security readiness with test plans and incident-response guidance
• Lead design reviews, UAT, deployment planning, and post-deployment stabilization
• Produce architecture docs, runbooks, security designs, and deployment packages
• Coordinate with Data Migration & Integration Lead and Program Manager
