HyerTek is a federal technology consulting firm seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead design, development, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions with an emphasis on model-driven apps and Dataverse architecture.

The role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and leadership in data migration across enterprise and federal environments. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse architecture and model-driven app development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Strong experience with data migration and data architecture, including data mapping, transformation, and validation from Jira, Planner, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• Experience designing scalable data models, security structures, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services).
• Experience with ALM, managed solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active Secret security clearance required and ability to obtain additional access if needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain model-driven applications using Dataverse and Power Platform best practices.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Lead solution design and architecture for Power Platform implementations.
• Define data models, relationships, security roles, and governance within Dataverse.
• Lead data migration and data architecture efforts across legacy and third-party systems.
• Support ETL processes, data cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Design and implement Power Pages for external-facing applications.
• Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems, APIs, and Azure services.
• Contribute to Power Platform CoE governance and environment strategy.
• Establish ALM/DevOps practices with managed solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews; performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues; mentor developers; contribute to standards.
