HyerTek, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead design, development, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across enterprise and federal environments. The role emphasizes model‑driven apps, Dataverse architecture, and data migration strategies from Jira, Planner, SharePoint, and other systems.

An active Secret clearance is required. You will design data models, implement Power Pages and Azure integrations, and drive ALM/CI/CD practices while mentoring others and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.
• Expertise in Dataverse architecture and model‑driven apps.
• Hands‑on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
• Data migration and data architecture across legacy/third‑party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain model‑driven applications using Dataverse.
• Architect scalable Power Platform solutions including integrations and data models.
• Lead data migration efforts, mapping from Jira, Planner, SharePoint, and more.
• Mentor developers and enforce governance, ALM/DevOps practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across platforms.
