BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Senior Developer to design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver automation, analytics, and data integration across the organization.

The role emphasizes Azure services, COPILOT/AI capabilities, and governance of security controls. Local onsite presence is preferred with partial onsite flexibility and remote options.

Qualifications

Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics or Data Lake.
DevOps CI/CD pipelines and governance knowledge.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, DP-600, AZ-204.

Responsibilities

Analyse, design, program and implement complex applications.
Develop enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Fabric.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable automation and analytics.
Provide guidance on coding standards and architecture.
Support integration across business systems and ensure security controls.
