Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Computer Systems Engineer in Atlanta, GA to lead Enterprise Microsoft Power Platform initiatives.

The role focuses on administering Power Platform products, Dynamics 365, and Office 365 while ensuring security, governance, and reliable service delivery for CDC programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Power Platform administration, strong documentation skills, and experience across Dataverse, model-driven and canvas apps, and the broader Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Power Platform Service Administrator with exposure to licensing, environments, governance, access control, disaster recovery, and the Microsoft Government Community Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years' experience developing/extending Power Platform with Dataverse, model-driven/canvas apps, Power Pages, flows, AI Builder, custom connectors.
• 3+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Service Administrator.
• 3+ years' experience as a Power BI Service Administrator with governance and licensing concepts.
• 3+ years' experience as an Office 365 support engineer for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and more.
• 1+ years' experience drafting governance and support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Enterprise Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dynamics 365).
• Provide customer service and platform availability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance and user experience.
• Implement security policies including access controls and data protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user support for connectivity, performance, and access issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to deployed solutions.
