Job summary

CAMS is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Three Rivers Energy Center near Morris, IL. The incumbent will lead a team of five and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, safety programs, and maintenance budgets.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate outages, CMMS, and contracted work to improve reliability at a 1250 MW gas-fired facility. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8–10 years of power plant experience, plus strong leadership and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in power plant operations and maintenance or similar industry.
• Proven managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and deadline-driven decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance to support goals.
• Lead maintenance planning during outages and weekly planning.
• Develop safe work environment and enforce safety goals.
• Manage budget development and maintenance expenditures.
• Coordinate maintenance with contracted work and suppliers.
