Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Power Plant Subject Matter Expert (Electrical Engineer) to apply deep knowledge of electrical design, operation, and interconnection of power generation facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in power generation and substation assets.
• Experience with AC/DC electrical systems, controls, and protection relaying preferred.
• PE licensure is a plus; strong client-relations capability desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design and interconnection review for power plant, substation, and transmission projects.
• Attend project meetings to confirm site construction and operation status.
• Manage client engagements and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Present findings to client executives and support business development.
• Collaborate with project teams and contribute to procurement and planning.
• Develop and expand key client relationships.
