Job summary

Williams is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead teams across construction management and inspection for natural gas pipeline and related projects. The role emphasizes safety as the top priority and requires extensive field leadership and coordination with partners.

Ideal candidates will have strong planning, cost control and scheduling capabilities, plus experience on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years related experience with 5 years on large projects (> $50M).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management preferred.
Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Accounts for front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis and contract management.
Provides input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with our business partners.
Reviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims.
Develops and runs construction progress reporting; leads construction closeout.
Anticipates and proactively addresses potential issues and claims.
Provides onsite leadership to our inspection team.
