Job summary

Williams in Wyoming, Wamsutter, seeks a Construction Manager III-Upstream to lead field construction teams on natural gas pipeline projects. You will manage front end planning, estimate development and contract management while ensuring safety is the utmost priority.

Responsibilities include coordinating QA/QC staffing, contractor qualification, reviewing schedules, and reporting progress. The role requires CCM CMAA certification, six years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of six (6) years’ related experience and CCM (CMAA) Certification
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Accountable for front end construction planning, estimate development and analysis and contract management
• Provides input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with stakeholders
• Provides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection
• Reviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims
• Develops and manages construction progress reporting
• Performs audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements
• Assists in construction closeout
• Provides onsite leadership to inspection team
• Other duties as assigned
